Miner's Backpack doesn't work

Hi,
I noticed that forestry miner's backpack doesn't accept ore from any mod or vanilla. There is a way to fix this problem but the server's admin need to change the config.

Jeez this problem is older than 4 months, came up with the expert mode infinity servers.[DOUBLEPOST=1475887912][/DOUBLEPOST]Is the config server side or client side?
