Since the Portal to the Deep Dark transports everyone to a central location, it would be nice to have /rt enabled in the Deep Dark.
The problem that I see with random teleports in the deep dark is that if you don't know what you are doing you can easily lose your stuff. Since you random teleported you will most likely be far from spawn and unable to retrieve your items quickly, due to the darkness.
Its best to just make a torch path out. then you can run there every time. You can run far in the dark before you need to place a torch for light.
