I would use the ticket system but I'm not sure how to use it, I'm not even a hundred percent sure it works. Anyways I posted this in another sub forum since I'm pretty new and don't really know where to post anything. My base was griefed when I logged in this morning and everything that wasn't claimed was griefed. Also A while ago I had two team mates slepperexplosion and USR(I don't remember the rest); they claimed their part of the base no problem, but when I needed to expand my claim I found out I couldn't due to the fact that their claims were in the way. I would ask them to remove said claims but they no longer log on. Thank you for your time, K - Enderdragon8989
Ticket system works and isn't hard to use. All you have to do is type in /ticket create while in game (or in the hub) and click on the link it provides. The only thing needed for the ticket system to work is to have a forum profile which you clearly do already. Then all you have to do within the page that will come up is title your ticket (ex: My base was griefed) and then provide all of the information in the big empty box. Another way of getting to the ticket page is via the forums through the 'Ticket System' Tab shown here. Of course there's nothing wrong with using the forums, that's why they're here too
SakuraBlossom6 is correct with the explanation of the ticket system. You will typically get a faster response from staff if you make a ticket as well. I see you found out how to make a ticket and your ticket is actively being worked, so I will go ahead and Close this thread for you.
