Can you please add an option to change the install directory for the pack on the mym launcher.. Just the base dir would be fine.. My %appdata% exits on my ssd drive, and I dont always want to install stuff to it...and in fact I hate stuff being forced to install in any set location... Can I also suggest you look into using the multimc quick mods (once its complete) rather than this launcher...
Just create a symlink in %appdata%\.mineyourmind pointing to a better location. I know that this is not quite as simple as a setting in the launcher, but it will work. The reason why we didn't do this already is quite simple: How would we save the location path if all our settings are saved somewhere in the target folder?
OK symlink is a work around. As to locations do the same as ftb, at launcher and multimc do....create an INI in the dir the program is launched in
I'm fairly noob with "symlinks" and when I try to create a link accross drives it wont let me (in Command Prompt) any tips or tricks to help with this as I am in the same boat as _evilscoop_ of having a SSD and not wanting to use up to much space on it?
