Done MyM Portal buggered and /ticket not a cmnd?

    So I was about to unlock the end, I had my 12 eye of ender with me, clicked to unlock it and.. Nothing, it made the noise that I had unlocked it yet to no avail. Also after this happened I attempted to create a ticket on the issue but /ticket wasnt a command for some reason.
    Help?
