Apologies for the delayed response, as soon as I finish up assisting another member of the community, I am on my way to look into this. [doublepost=1533657351,1533649172][/doublepost]It seems whatever was there the first time, is since gone as I was able to go to the location safely with no troubles or disconnects. The area should be safe to build in if you wish to do so!
