You and your friends can also vote and sell items on the market for more myms to buy claimblocks. It's what my friends and I do to gain more claimblocks for larger builds. yes it is time consuming and tedious but it will accomplish what you need.
250×400=100,000.. even if the three of them voted at every opportunity for the max possible 800 claimblocks per day (500 from votes directly and 300 purchased with the 60 mym per vote) it would still take over 5 weeks to save up enough.. that's a LONG time to leave it unclaimed in the meantime while they're building it!
