Claim blocks are fluctuating randomly, anywhere from -100 blocks to +100 blocks for me, and for others. It has been this way since the server reset. Edit: I just abandoned a small 10x10 claim while I was at -93 blocks. I'm now at +7.
I used all but 16. Hopefully it only goes up from now on? Hm. Some are claiming that voting isn't working as well. I can't vote for another hour so I won't be able to tell.
