Done Never received Large Starter kit

    Hello I purchased a large Starter pack yesterday morning but never received anything can I please have help

    You have to run /shop in-game, then switch to packages via the emerald and choose the kit you want to claim.

    Ok cause I went directly to the website and it did not say how I claim it so thank you for the info I'll go do that

    It says to use /menu in the shop category as far as I know.
