Done new banned items list doesnt work (permissions)

    can't access /banneditems anymore (tested on infinity normal node6)

    does work now.

    if you ever put hands on the mod again, i want to suggest to add the itemid's to the list, because there are some with the same item name ("block placer" for example) and one wouldn't have to roll the dice which to check if it's banned or not.
