The pack is titled 'the best of both skyblocks' and aims to combine aspects and mods from two beloved skyblock packs, Agrarian Skies by Jadedcat, and the SkyFactory series, by BaconDonut. I feel like it would be a nice addition to the launcher, and perhaps the server list. Right now, it is only available on the Twitch desktop launcher.
That may be so, but I've still had a lot of fun playing it without noticing any kind of bug or unintended method of progression
"This pack is no longer supported. Although I will still answer questions involving the pack, I will not be updating the pack any more." That sort of makes this impossible to host, though there may not be any issues in a single play through, when you throw hundreds of players at a pack or thousands over time it becomes the ten thousand monkeys with ten thousand typewriters, sooner or later some one will break something or find an exploit. With the pack author abandoning the project for Best of Both Skyblocks 2 it would not be possible to fix any bugs that still remain. The author also does not want his packs listed on another launcher so that eliminates our abilities to make a fix to the pack either without his consent and pushing it back to the twitch downloader.
