New Player Rank Tags

    The new player rank tags do not appear if you have a donator rank. I'm not sure if this was intended or not. It also spams chat when someone gets promoted.

    We already working on it to fix this with premium and the ranks. The spamm is only at the beginning, later if all players have they rank it will not spamm.
