Happy New Year, MineYourMind! Hello everyone! I hope you all had fantastic holidays and a wonderful start to the New Year. This post is coming a little late, but I wanted to take some time to share some interesting pieces of information which highlight what we have done this past year and ramble about our amazing journey together! Discord Ticket System Since implementing the Discord ticket system last year (well, just a bit over a year now), the staff and I have handled over 1,100 tickets! This system has been a helped out team in improving how we manage support and help you all with your questions and issues. Especially with the newer modpacks! Thank you for making this system such a success by using it so effectively! Modpacks and Servers We currently host 18 modpacks, spanning across 6 different Minecraft versions. Whether you're exploring the depths of tech mods or the mysteries of magic, we've been thrilled to offer something for everyone to enjoy. This past year, we also added our very first Fabric modpack with the release of Prominence II, which is gaining popularity even now. Hosting this many modpacks, including several being on completely different mod loaders, has presented with some big challenges and obstacles. I believe everyone has seen the effort we have put forward in tackling this as we keep pushing ahead. Community Growth Our community has grown tremendously in ways that I didn't really expect, and it's been heartwarming to see new members join, chat, and have fun with around MyM. I hope we continue to grow as we see many new faces along with enjoying the company current ones. With the community growth comes with needing help running everything. From helpers, to developers we want you! Anyone who is interest please reach out and we will see what we can do! Application Looking Ahead to 2025 As we head into the new year, we’re excited to continue building, exploring, and expanding and iron out more of the network as we grow. Here’s what is to be expected: New Modpacks: I can't say what is to come but we will be ready for when it does! Server Improvements: We are always looking to improve servers and their performance. This is nothing new. We are doing this one step at a time. Community Events: This last year, we really lacked this. Hopefully we can do some great ones to come! New/Returning Features: I have personally been working on a lot of features and ease of access utilities for both players and staff alike. Many of which you all will see very soon!
