You dont vote for credits, you vote for mym which you can redeem on the server with /vote redeem. Credits are bought for IRL Money.
Yeah, forgot that, since its new. You can make reviews for credits now too. After you made a review you must use the submit form and then have patience - i think they look at it manually.

Well i cant see it since the forum protects it so only the creator any mym staff can see it. I'd say be patient a bit more, if tomorrow nothing happened, make a ticket.
You need to be logged into the forums (like you are now), then use /ticket ingame and click on the link it creates.
