Im starting to get tired of this comming up sometimes but not others. 2 days ago i lost my sagmill on ferritbuisness due to a server crash/rollback. i asked for it back and was LITERALLY LAUGHED AT by an admin. today i found a glitch in a market which caused me to lose some myms and an admin happily refunded them. can i get a clarification on why sometimes the answer is yes and sometimes no.
You were not laughed at by an admin that is an overstatement, you were simply told that we cannot refund it due to the no refund policy, and that the item is craftable so wasnt blocking you from completing quests anyhow. As for the money, that was refunded because you helped us find a glitch within our system meaning we refunded that because we can now fix that glitch and stop it happening again
