I've just discovered that the standard TNT method of compressing iron for Pneumaticcraft has been disabled in favor of a minetweaker recipe solution, i'm quite curious as to why this was done.
Easy peasy. With the server side protection plugins that stop explosions, the normal method was rendered inoperable.
As Booker has stated, we don't allow TNT to do world damage. As such, you cannot craft the compressed iron in the normal way. We have to add a different way to craft it. Marking as done.
