Implemented /ontime seems to not work

    So this was reported to me last night by @__Tiny__ that /ontime is not reporting his actual time on the server. Testing myself confirms this issue, as my on time is also not being reported correctly.

    That is already known and the reason for that is that the 1.7 servers won't communicate with the 1.6 bungeecord server. This also happens on Direwolf20 and Modsauce.

    TDT isn't online atm so it doesn't count.

    The data from ontime is coming from an old system we don't take over to 1.7 due to major bugs. We did implement our own system which does already work in the background for quite some months and collecting data. We haven't implemented anything further but the playtime is being tracked on 1.6 and 1.7 from the new system.
    Only place where it is used currently is here:
    PlayTime - MineYourMind
    Btw. the data from the Watchdog and a few other graphs is coming from the same system.

    A similar feature like /ontime is already on the top priority part of the todo list.
