I've had my Patron III payment on autopay for years now. I even got a PayPal message this morning saying another autopay went through. However, my in-game status does not reflect Patron III and neither does my Discord status. I can't access the Support-Patron channel. Hi, the shop system we use (Tebex) stopped processing old subscriptions which caused the rank to not get applied on renew. It will now be processed by us, so the rank should not disappear with your next renew. Thanks for the understanding, and let us know if there is any other issues with it.
