Implemented Patron Toggle for there global chat since it cant be disabled atm

    Since iv got patron every time that other patron and or staff us that global chat its hard to see and read the normal chat in server

    Do /shop and it's a setting to turn off global chat, it's not a patron feature

    it is when the command is /patron only people with patron can see it if you do it with that command
