As the title says penicillin from minechem doesn't seem to be giving the regeneration 4 effect when you drink or have it placed on the ground. Not sure if this is a mod issue or something with configs that needs to be changed so I might as well just post it here incase others plan on making penicillin soon and wonder why it wont work. Also would like to add that it works in galactic science so it might be a version bug or some sort of mod conflict?
