Done Performance Issue

    I have a problem (again lel). I started getting like 30 - 40 fps after dec 18. i was getting 175 fps. When I was fixing my fps last time, i created a java profile in nvidia control panel, that made my fps so high. But now i get 30-40 fps even with java profile , 4gb of ram. And can u please tell what is the best java for windows 8.1 right now
