i accidentally hit q, and my pick (that i worked extremely hard on) went into my portal. when i tried o retrieve it, it didnt work. is this a lost cause?

As LordEreh said, we have a No-Refunds policy, which means that in almost all cases, we will not refund any items that a player has lost, be it their own fault, or something in-game bugging out.
