Done Pinging all the time

Hello guys,

I got a problem all time around 20h to midnight in France, I can't connect to the server because my luncher is all time pinging.



so i test to tim with the server with 65500 octet send and 100try :



This is my speed test for my connection: i got 9 ping 56Mega download and 20 mega upload

So i don't know why I got this problem...

if someone can help me it will be cool

 

Is your ISP Orange?

 

yes it's my Internet Service Provider

 

There seems to be a recurring issue with orange ISP and the ability to connect to MyM servers.

 

so i can do nothing ? just wait ?

 

There is nothing on our end that would cause the issue. It is most likely related to the way orange routes you to our servers. You either wait or try a VPN.

 

I will try with frozen way but I think I need a premium account for minecraft ....


Edit: ok so it's it's working with a VPN (with some lagg but it's work), you can close this post
