Hello, even though I have been playing on the MYM-Server relatively often within the last few days, my LastSeen-Timer (in the lack of a better term) does not get refreshed at the moment. Currently it states Last Seen as "5days 0Hours etc." Can you guys please check this. Even if I dont play as often as I used to, I really would not like to lose my claims because of some server-issue. thanks in advance regards
within the last 5 days I must have been on at least once longer than 30 Min. That should be sufficient, correct?
We usually recommend logging in for 10 to 15 minutes for it to register properly. And as long as you are on long enough to register once a week, that will be enough to protect your base. It takes 2 weeks of not being on before the claim restore will do anything.
thanks for the reminder, but I know of that. yesterday again I have been on for at least 20 Minutes, still the last-seen timer has not been reset for me. Im now at last-seen "7 days..." I will try again today and let you know if anything changes. hi HanoverFist69, thx 4 your reply. Well sorry to say its still the same, timer doesnt reset. Im now at 9 days last seen, aka 5 days left before claims are reset/destroyed. Would it be possible to reset my counter manually so I wont run into that? Atm I donno what else to do. Well if I lose my claims (Im holding claims for other persons who may or may not return 1 day), then may it be for the best. Im now close to 10 days "not seen", so 4 days left b4 all will be gone can u guys asses how high the probablility is this can be fixed? @SirWill this problem doesn't seem to be fixed. Another player also reported it on Discord last nite. They were ingame and had been for quite awhile. Stats never updated. Seen is updating though. So claims/islands are safe at least.
thank you very much everyone, for me the issue is fixed for now.. seen-timer now reset and playtime last 24h showing up
