So i aksed for claim transfer and he siad I can't because i am banned but when my brother was banned they transferred his claim can i know why it's not the same for me even?
And the reason for the claim is to svae my claim fron reseting until hopefully I appeal my banned after a month like the admin told me
If you will not be gone for more than a month then you do not need to worry as an automatic /absence was set on you, but if you know that you will be gone longer but will be coming back, then yea a claim transfer would be good. But since wyndman said himself you can't have one then I wish you luck with that (You will need it)

we usually are not transfering claims to whatever person. if a player is actively playing on the claim and is on the trustlist he can ask for a transfer but we will not transfer banned players claims to a random person(possible second account). hope that answers your questions.[DOUBLEPOST=1491842935][/DOUBLEPOST]Also only cause we transfered someones claim doesnt mean we will do it for everyone(those are exceptions)
Well is not for a random person my friend is on the trust list and also it will be impossible to be my second account you can check the IP address and also he is on of the oldest players on the server so ...[DOUBLEPOST=1491843391][/DOUBLEPOST] The problem why he is not active in the claim is that he lost the cord or the location for my claim can you at least send me the cords so i can give them to him
Claim Transfers are to prevent the person playing the game from losing their progress because the owner of the claim has gone inactive. If your friend isn't even aware of that base's location then it is pretty hard to consider him at risk of losing progress. You are asking us to assign your base to someone so that you do not lose it as a consequence of serving your ban, and this is simply not the intended purpose of a Claim Transfer. Our system automatically assigns a 30 day Absence to anyone serving a Ban, this is our way to make sure that those players that have infringed on the rules but are expected to be returning to the Network, can do so with the minimal added difficulty. However, you have been given a Permanent Ban, which by it's very nature states that we do not take what you have done lightly. The fact that we allow players under a Permanent Ban to even Appeal it is very gracious. But consider the fact that you were not banned for a set duration, you were banned indefinitely. That right there should tell you how serious this is. Your request to assign your claim to someone else was denied. You then made a public thread demanding an explanation, this is not the action of a contrite player. The simple fact is that as a consequence of your Ban, your claim is going to be automatically reset by our server once the 30-day Absence expires. I hope you use the rest of the time until you file another Appeal to give some serious thought into how your actions had a negative impact on your fellow Community Members, and not simply on how it is going to inconvenience you. This issue is now concluded and will be locked as we do not discuss Bans outside of an Appeal, and there is no further benefit to this topic.
