I don't know about anyone else but I have been having so many issues with the forums and the time it takes to load a page . Loading pages is often so slow that it times goes to the page timed out error on the web browser. Also if it does work it often causes me to double or even tripple post . I know it is not in my internet because I have tried it on my computer at home my phone with Wi-Fi turned on and off and I've also tried it with my laptop at a public Wi-Fi hotspot. My home internet provider is Verizon FiOS my cell service provider is Verizon Wireless and the internet hotspot I tried had Comcast Xfinity business.
Normally a slow down is on the provider end of the forums, or if you hit the daily backup just right it will be a little sluggish. It is a temporary condition that clears up.
