I just looked and it was not griefed or at least I have nothing on record. Unfortunately we don't refund items due to server issues (bugs, glitches, restarts, crashes, rollbacks...).
not sure what happened than strange that a princess dissapears, i figured i'd have to redo it anyway, thnx for looking into it
unfortunately we don't have the time to spend an hour looking into every problem. So if it happens again by another player or your place, let us know as than we know it is persistent. Else it might only be a problem which happens once every thousand times (e.g. server restart, player..).
