Implemented Premium kits not listing.

    When I do /kits ingame, the only kit it tells me I have is "Shovel" which isn't even a valid kit.

    My kits work if I do /kit resource and stuff, but the kits isnt listed so I don't remember what kits i have.

    This is a known bug but as we are planning on replacing our kit plugin soon anyway, there is little point in us trying to fix this in the mean time.

    @SirWilli would you mind checking what /kits he is supposed to have access to, please.
