Since midday for me, the modsauce server has been lagging something awful - server restarts are not fixing the issue. It also seems to be getting worse now. Every 30 seconds, it lags for 30 seconds, then back again .. starting to become very annoying. Can you possibly look into the issue. Thank you. .... other people seem to be having a similar issue.

It's not TPS or ping or FPS, the server keeps "locking up" even though the TPS and ping are perfect. Here's a video on how this lag is happening (0:11 and 0:51)
OK, now use F3, Let me know the FPS and % on top right, run around your machines and tell me your lowest numbers. When you say pong! is 1 sec, its it a sec or instant
Fixed. Someone had a universal cable connected to an AE system and abused ender-thermic pumps to load the chunks 24/7 but it somehow reloaded the chunks frequently and the universal cable + AE controller causes spike lags on chunk load. I removed the cable, the pumps and banned the player.
