Ok I tried the ingame ticket system and a staff person responded, but I couldn't read the reply. My friend and I were partied in Crash Landing 1 and I died, via enderman. I was kicked from the server for my lag or something, so I logged back in and I went back to my island and I could no longer pick up items nor access any of my chests I know I had a sync shell ready, and maybe it glitched on me. Neither my friend nor I have died since, and we are hoping that I can get the protections on my island fixed so we can resume playing. If this can't be done resetting our quest books would be the next option. Thank you for reading this.
It should work now for you, but you have to reinvite your friend. /is leave - /is invite. (Make sure the clear the inventory.)
