I was wondering if you could possibly make Oil available in all overworld chunks since we have a limited number of claim blocks. It's very difficult to claim then coredrill then get the oil back to base.
Then people would mess the overworld up looking for oil, and since the overworld isn't reset you can see where this is going. That along with the overworld being entirely claimed you wouldn't suddenly save claimblocks. I'd suggest going out and rocking the vote if you are short of claim blocks.
