Implemented purchased tier 3 to 4 upgrade haven't recieved (resolved)

    i purchased the tier 3 to tier 4 upgrade about 6 hours ago and still have not received it.

    Could you please check your broker(assuming paypal) to make sure the transaction went through. If so please reply here and I will take another look.

    ok i have the tier 4 now but not the op kit that was supposed to come with it. sorry for all the trouble.

    we do not have any record from a tier 3 -> tier 4 upgrade. Please sent us further information and sent me a private message with a copy of the paypal transaction..
