Implemented Quest book reset again

Hey,

sorry for that but we can't do anything. The quest data is saved in one big file that is in bytecode format (consider it like encrypted). The main problem with it is, that it is a very unstable file format and from time to time it does get corrupt. Unfortunately is the only thing we can do restoring a back up. We have asked the authors of the mod for help, but yet they only ignored us, we also asked very experienced developers and they put days into it, but came up with nothing. The only solution we see would be a complete rewrite of the questdata save/load to something robust like sql. But this can't really be done by patching the mod.
