Implemented Quest book reset and double-up

    On login in today my Quest Book has reset to 0% and I now have 2. I cannot claim all rewards again, only some ex. I now have two Cell Constructors.

    Is thiis normal/fixable?

    edit: IRC Msg to tell me of the known HQM bug.
