As the title explains, I updated my PO2 pack on the MyM launcher and when I connected to PO2K I discovered the quest book reset (I'm aware that it's a different mod but is there any way to get my progress back or get the old UI?)

We can't change the modpack. If you wanna see any mod changed you must talk with the modpack developer.

I understand that. But this changing means we lose all of our quest progress with no way of retrieving it?

Unfortunately there isn't. I am also sad that my quest book got reset but not a whole lot we can do about it. If the modpack author changed it in his last update, we change with him. There is no way to transfer quest data from HQM to BQ as they are two different mods entirely. Sorry we can't be of more help on this matter. :(
