Done Questbook broken

Dear,

I have a issue since today with my questbook.
Yesterday i had completed this quest & received my reward (bone seeds)

Today i logged in & found my questbook has reset to a earlier state & has been stuck.
Clicking manual detect doesn't work. Eventhough i have the items in my inventory (hotbar)

Is there something i or someone else could do to fix this?

Possibly no need - Did you place those 2 machines, and power them/use them? If you did, You'll have to place them again - but this time break them with a pickaxe, instead of a wrench. HQM is looking for "fresh" machines, with no charge/fluid/inventory/etc...however, wrenching these blocks keeps the power (and preventing them from "matching" what the quest is looking for).

I died and it went back again :/ not sure if its because i died or because i logged off. (this is unreal because i can redo & reclaim the award)

 

So the quest keeps resetting back to uncompleted when you log off or die?
