i tried asking this question in-game, but kept getting "open-ended" remarks. i thought i would post it here. i'm just starting out, but i now have food and obsidian to make my portal to the city - does the city reset every so often as far as resources go .. ?? i'm worried that when i finally get there, there won't be anything left so i can finish my quest. Just a simple question .. i hope .. Thank you for any input you have.
When you search through the city you will find chests in most of the rooms, each chest has a unique inventory for each player (when you open it for the first time it is guaranteed to have loot in it and if another player opens the same chest they will find different loot), additionally while most blocks in the city can't be broken there are certain buildings which have pneumaticraft/bigreactor/smeltery parts which can be mined.. these special buildings are reset every few hours I believe.
