Radio/ Tuned Crystals

I know how you have to get the radio and the tuned crystal. I really like the idea of having real music in game. Is there any way that someone can rewrite the server config just to add certain base stations? Like maybe have six or seven stations on broad genres like: top hits, jazz, classical, alternative, rock, country, etc. I don't know if you would be able to or not, I just like the idea.
