Implemented Railcraft no shunting wire recipe. Is there a way to move EU? Steves carts recipe clash

there is no recipe in nei for electric shunting wire (id#1857) should be like this page

Okay i found that i can put the ingredients in a rolling machine

Is there a way to move EU? (i think that is the Railcraft power) Since IC2 is not in this pack?

Right so the shunting wire moves the railcraft power

There is a clash with Steve's cart Raw handle (id#6076:60) and AA gun Barrel (id#4875)

 

I believe Railcraft has it's own power system (electric charge or something like that).

As for the recipe conflict you are going to need a higher up to take care of that. Don't know which staff members have access to that though. :/ I'll see if I can find someone.
