Done Rain, rain and more rain.

It seems witchery or something else is making it rain pretty much non-stop. It is getting very frustrating making my bees work. I am working towards the alveary so that I can bypass this problem, but getting there is just stupidly slow. Is there any way to remedy the situation?

 

No, it's the fact no one is sleeping, Cha0sBlad3 had a solution, i wonder if someone can implement it here?

we have a plugin for that on the infinity servers but i dont have such an experience. Im playing on IS2 and the rain/sun cycle is pretty normal. On which node are you playing and how often does it rain? perhaps you can monitor it a bit better so we can get an idea of the problem

 

I am on IS2 and at times when there are many ppl on I didn't get a single breeding cycle on the bees (with chocolate frames) in an hour of playing. It has been a bit better today, I will try to monitor it when I am online next time.

 

it shouldnt be effected by the amount of players on should it?

 

forestry has one to turn the rain off i could be wrong but i think there might of been one thats not banned but cant remember

 

I agree with harryarne it seems to rain constantly on is2 not sure what causes this. It rains roughly every 3rd or 4th minecraft day.

 

we know the cause, it's the fact that everyone doesn't sleep, normal infinity had this issue, as i said, there was a solution Cha0sBlad3 had implemented but i'm not sure if it will be implemented here

u would have to have everyone on the server to sleep. There is a plugin that if a certain amount sleep then it changes to day but infinity dose not have this as far as I'm aware

 

yes, but the solution Cha0sBlad3 had was a system that forced rain to be gone for awhile, then it made it rain, then thunderstorm, or something like that, then a server reboot, then repeat

 

Added our plugin to both inf skyblock servers. if you are still experiencing those issues let us know and we will investigate.[DOUBLEPOST=1461848457][/DOUBLEPOST]should be working after the next restart

 

The plugin must be broken because it still rains like a civ. 3 rain cycles in an hour and maybe 4 minutes of sun

 

That was a script I started working on but never actually implemented anywhere.. also hi... also my name doesn't have a zero in it

 

it's almost as if you being away for 3 months does something to my memory but i thought you finished it? can you try finishing it then?

 

I only dropped by to see what was goin' on.. not actually coming back to minecraft yet.. too busy working on other things right now!

 

I think its broken again on n2, i cant progress in the bee line, the rain is slowing it down so hard

 

In what dimensions does it not Rain?.

Also In the /island menu you can change what biome the chunk is. make it towards a biome that does not rain?
