Implemented Recipe for Dimension Shards on Project Ozone Lite

    Currently since there is way to get dimension shards in-game and no market on 1.10, players are unable to acquire and craft Dimensional shards for Rftools. I would like a recipe to be implemented to get the ore. Example for a recipe: 8 stone around a diamond, hyper diamond, or emerald to get 8 ores or 12.

    Recipe added for dimensional shard ore to both nodes, will take effect at next restart.
