Remove "Item Refund" from the ticket system category

I had a couple of expensive items disappear yesterday after a server crash (Blood Wand, Ichor Wand Caps, Wand focus). So I made a ticket and selected that category.

I was then told by Fowah that no item refunds were given, ever. So why even have that category?

 

IT's just there, i got something similar lol

 

I want to clarify that I'm not complaining about not getting the items back. Stuff happens, that's fine.

It's just the fact that it's an option as the reason for a ticket.

 

Its there for those rare occasions where we do give items back
