Currently it became more apparent to me, for the fact a bi-frost bridge has appeared closer to my base location, and I have seen at least 3 to 4 sprouted around the over-world in large distances. The only reason it is a major issue from my perspective; the bridge it forms for the player to move doesn't de-spawn itself once they leave the chunk and continue to move about. The rod is suppose to only have a 100 block distance for a single bridge it can generate and the blocks should remove themselves after 15 seconds. However, I followed one bridge over a thousand blocks in distance before stopping; so it still prolonged however far, and all of it was still rendered floating around for no reason. If someone intends to transverse the over-world of all places with it, the bridges are left as eye sores for any player's base they just happen to walk across or near. If anyone wants to remove the bridge that forms they then have to wait 15 seconds per chunk to maybe a little longer due to what the server tps may be, just to remove someone else's thoughtless stroll throughout the sky when most of these people already have perfect creative flight in most cases. Edit: Just to prevent farther ranting on and keep what I have semi coherent without constant backpedaling to write a new thought on the issue. I am placing an edit before making the post for the fact I decided to go along the whole bridge's length, thinking about it now after tp-ing away it did stop on a newer player's base and may have went farther than what I just assumed at seeing an endpoint. The bridge made by the rod extended over 4k blocks in the over-world though. So big suggestion to remove the Rod of the Bifrost. Checking it is usable for the Bifrost blocks as a recipe to then craft the fabulous mana pools. But like other recipes for banned items it should be accessible in the main inventory but not hotbar/etc.
