The server is crashing about every 10 minutes now, which is making play nearly impossible. In addition to that, I had 52 Wither Skeleton Skulls disappear during one. I took 6 out of my ME and had 49 left in there. Went to Farmworld to try to spawn one but apparently they have been banned there (never saw anything about that) and when I broke the 3 skulls to try to recover them and go to the nether, they did not drop. Went back to my house where I should have had 49 and had none. A crash happened in the middle of this, but my ME shouldn't have been affected, should it? Edited to add, it is now crashing within a minute of coming back up, and I just lost a Powered Spawner as well. I broke it, it dropped, I went to pick it up and crash. Now gone.
Thanks, I hadn't seen that. The issue with the wither skulls appears to be a MYM written issue though. It only happened after something was written into the game to ban wither's in the farmworld and that is when skulls that were handled outside the nether disappeared.
Wither skulls are currently not restricted to a world. It could be that they dissappeard because of the crashes which causes a rollback.
