I made a mining turtle to dig down within my claim, just to find that the turtle is not allowed (Restricted) in the Overworld. I searched the forum but I am not seeing an answer to my questions. My questions: Is there a command to temporarily allow a turtle to work within a claim you own? Is there is list somewhere of the restricted items so that I don't create something that I can't use? Thanks.
No you cannot allow it even on your claim in the overworld. The restrictions on items are shown in NEI/JEI it will say restricted Farmworld etc. You can use them in the farming world, otherwise they would be under /banneditems.
