Implemented Server appears to have been down > 1 hour

    The heartbeat is reading 1 hour 19 minutes, which is red and looks vaguely worrying. It is also counting 2 players online, but when I attempt to login, I get the message that the server is still starting.

    Is this an issue on my end or a problem with the server?
