Multiple times a day the server becomes very laggy then boots all the players with message saying "timed out" then it wont let you log back in with message " connection lost timed out". Not sure if it has anything to do with the current problem, but it seems like these issues started when the proxie server was changed. I would post a ticket, but can't get logged back into the server right now since it keeps timing out. Thanks in advance.
11.42 AM Mountain Standard Time and can't get logged into server due to its timing out. EDIT Was able to log in just after noon today, but its timed out again and can't log in at 4.45PM MST
It's difficult to find the cause of timeouts as there are a lot of things involved. Does it always happen around the same time? Are you able to ping the server in the server list when you are unable to connect? Are you able to connect to the hub when you are unable to join infinity skyblock? Are you able to connect to any other modpack server like infinity normal when you are unable to join infinity skyblock? What's the result of WinMTR when you are unable to connect? Are other players getting timed out during the same time?
Original post says all players are getting the boot and as far as I can tell nobody can get logged back in during the timing out session since the servers say zero active players while attempting to log back in. Yes I can log into all other modpacks and the hub while this server is saying timing out. Other main issue is the server becomes almost unplayable just before it says "timed out" and its a safe bet to put everything away once it starts getting laggy. Would be nice if others would pipe in here also their opinions as I know Szigor has asked for help on Discord so I know I am not the only one having issues.

Just a guess from past experience, but when I see this its usually because the server had issues connecting to the dbase. The lag comes from it spamming error/connections and then it refuses connections because it cant access dbase for protectex and permissions. Can you give us some approximate timestamps so we can check logs at those times?
3:00am-3:20am GMT server got more and more laggy to the point of disconnecting both of us with timeout. Relog is not possible The whole timeout/epic lag started right after the proxies had been configured, a couple of days ago. Restart helps temporarily
As Szigor stated it seems to have occurred shortly after the proxie reset. Seem like its timing us out roughly every 3-4 hours with severe lag about 1/2 hour before getting timed out. Once we get timed out we can't log back in until the scheduled restart of the server. Server is still timing out at the time of this posting. EDIT Server is now shutting down for scheduled restart @ 8.50PM MST so maybe watch for the logs in roughly 3-4 hrs
Ok checked logs and found broken pipe errors. Checked proxy and no errors there. This is one of those errors with numerous causes. It seems like a mod or plugin is causing it maybe. So give us some time to sort this out please.

Not too sure if you need further timestamps for when it is occuring but it is 14:30 GMT and things went bad in 2 minutes. Let us know if we can help with info or logs from our side
Sounds more like a server issue than proxy issue then. I noticed the server was at the edge of max ram, I increased it which might help with the time outs.
