Done Server Roll back?

    Why was the server Rolled back on AG+? i spent all day on yesterday practically 8 hours. and completed 4 extremely time consuming quests to have them lost.

    Edit: i am very upset but am not mad at anyone personally. so please dont take my anger personally. i would just like a full explanation. If this was the mistake that could have easily been avoided i want to know.

    Honestly the roll back could have been any number of things. I am very sorry that you had this happen as I know it can be very frustrating.
