    The Sir Willi tank cannot be crafted on Expert Node 4 because it requires an ender-thermic pump which cannot be crafted.

    You should be able to craft a ender-thermic pump but just not be able to place it. have you tried crafting it?

    After the last restart, it looks like we can with an immersive engineering pump.
    When I made the post, NEI just jumped straight to the description of the ender-thermic pump.

    Fixed all the recipes, add actual craftable items into the recipe.
