Skyfactory 2.5 Crashing.

I started to use the builder's wand now I am having problems with skyfactory as it is crashing often at time like, dying, using builder's wand for too long, and thats all I know so far. If anyone knows how to fix my issue, that would be great.

If you are crashing can you post a crash-report?
It will help the staff figure out what is causing it (press the blue crash-report button for instructions)

 

If I crash again I will tell you the report,

I reformatted my pc so there shouldn't be any issues.
